Who I am
I started my career in biomedical informatics, working on ontologies and frameworks that are still cited in healthcare and life-sciences research. Curious about how technology actually changes organizations, I moved into industry and progressively into leadership roles.
Since then I've led AI, data and digital transformation initiatives in electric mobility, premium manufacturing, global sports, grocery retail and pharma. My roles have ranged from building first data science teams to heading global AI platforms and reporting at C-level.
I hold a PhD in Informatics and a Master's in Telecommunication Engineering, as well as the TRIUM Global Executive MBA (London Business School, HEC Paris, NYU Stern). That mix of deep technical and business education shapes how I approach AI: ambitious, but grounded in governance, economics and people.

What keeps me curious
I take my work seriously, but I try not to take myself too seriously. A lot of my thinking about AI, systems and organizations is influenced by things that don't look like “work” at first glance.

- Video games and retrogaming – especially story-driven and systems-rich titles.
- Music – listening widely and producing under my LiquidCenter project.
- Writing – essays and fiction about work, identity and technology.
Sharing what I learn
I write about AI, leadership, strategy, and careers in tech-heavy environments. Posts range from practical frameworks to more personal reflections.
Talks & panels
I speak at internal and external events about private GenAI deployments, AI in pharma and healthcare, and the organizational side of AI. Recordings and materials are available on request.
